About the Role

To succeed in this assignment requires a large portion of engagement and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously. As a person, you are value-driven and share our Mechanum culture. You manage to balance an operational daily routine with varied tasks. You are part of the entire customer cycle and work actively to support your colleagues where needed. One for all, all for one.

In this role, you are part of a workshop team together with other service advisors and a workshop manager. As part of the team, you contribute to building routines and processes forward and get the opportunity to be a major part of the team's development.

About Mechanum

Mechanum is an authorized car workshop that has actively worked since its inception in 2008 to change customers' perception of our industry by offering car service and accident repair at a quality and service level you have never experienced before. We are currently authorized for 15 brands. Mechanum has strong owners with long-term ambitions. To succeed, we need to recruit meticulous, service-oriented, and innovative people to our operations.

Requirements

• Desire to develop
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills

The position is full-time with a location in Partille, and interviews will be held on an ongoing basis.

Working hours vary between 06:30-18:30, Monday to Friday.

Start date is by agreement.
